A TRIP TO KEOLADEO NATIONAL PARK

I HAD VISITED THE KEOLADEO NATIONAL PARK WITH MY FATHER DURING THE WINTER VACATION 2015-2016…

IT WAS 09:25 WHEN WE LEFT THE HOTEL FOR KEOLADEO NATIONAL PARK. WE WALKED DOWN THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY AND FINALLY REACHED KEOLADEO NATIONAL PARK. THE PART WHICH MADE ME EXCITED WAS THAT, I WAS GOING TO CLICK PICTURES WITH THE HELP OF MY NEW CAMERA

ON ENTERING THE NATIONAL PARK WE SAW A NOTICE BOARD FOR THE VISITORS AND A MAP OF THE WHOLE NATIONAL PARK.

WE BOUGHT OURSELVES TWO TICKETS . THERE WE SAW THAT MANY PEOPLE WERE TAKING CYCLE RICKSHAWS AND CYCLES FOR RENT ….MY FATHER INSISTED ON TAKING A CYCLE , BUT I REFUSED AND REASONED THAT THE CYCLES WERE NOT OF MY HEIGHT . BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT I WAS FEELING A BIT SCARED THAT I MAY FALL AND THE GROUND WAS NOT PLAIN ALL THROUGH …..

I WAS FEELING GREAT AND WAS ABLE TO SEE IN THE SUN BECAUSE I WAS WEARING MY SUNGLASSES, THAT IS THE REASON THE LONG WALK WAS NOT THAT DIFFICULT FOR ME AFTER ALL. WHEREAS MY FATHER WAS NOT WEARING HIS SUNGLASSES, THUS, THE WALK WAS NOT VERY EASY FOR HIM . WELL, HE DID NOT SAY THIS, THIS IS COMPLETELY MY ASSUMPTION.

WE SAW MANY BIRDS . BUT , THE WORST PART IS I FORGOT THEIR NAMES.  FOLLOWING ARE SOME PICTURES WHICH WERE TAKEN BY ME:-

AND A FEW MORE…..

IT WAS GREAT FUN TAKING PICTURES OF THOSE BIRDS WITH MY NEW CAMERA…THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD VISITED A NATIONAL PARK ….THAT TOO A WORLD FAMOUS ONE. I FELT LIKE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER .

ONE THING WHICH INTERESTED ME WAS THAT THE BIRDS WERE ROAMING AROUND FREELY AND NONE OF THEM WERE SCARED OF HUMANS …

THEY WERE FLYING RIGHT ABOVE OUR HEADS AND GOING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD…..

NORMALLY IN OTHER BIRD SANCTUARIES PEOPLE SAY THAT THEY DON`T GET TO SEE MANY BIRDS , BUT IN THIS ONE WE SAW HUNDREDS…OR MAYBE THOUSANDS OF BIRDS…….

THERE WERE MANY PEOPLE JUST LIKE US WHO HAD COME TO VISIT THE NATIONAL PARK…..WE SAW A FEW PROFESSIONALS WHO WERE WAITING TO GET  GOOD SHOTS OF PARTICULAR BIRDS. THEY HAD GOOD CAMERAS WITH MANY FEATURES . THIS WAS REALLY SOMETHING TO SEE, HOW SOME PEOPLE LOVE NATURE AND TRY TO KEEP IT IN THEIR CAPTIVITY IN THE FORM OF PICTURES WHICH THEY CLICK IN THE PRESENCE OF MOTHER NATURE HERSELF…..

THEIR LOVE FOR MOTHER NATURE IS INTENSE AND THEY WANT TO REMEMBER HER AT ALL TIMES OF THEIR LIFE….

“Listen to the murmur of water and you’ll hear Mother Nature.
Listen to the stillness beneath, and there you’ll find God.”
